Who I am is really defined by what I do, and that is participate. I have been in the real estate industry for nearly a decade having actively worked as a Real Estate Paralegal, an Underwriting Coordinator, a Mortgage Broker, a Real Estate Assistant and finally what I love and do today, a licensed broker with Linton Properties.
I have chosen to be a real estate broker over all my past positions because of I enjoy interacting with people, I have enjoyed working closely with people since graduating North Carolina State University. Since then I have volunteered for many organizations such as the weBUILDpeople campaign, active member of the Cleveland Community Church. Additionally I am the President of West View PTA,
Leadership Johnston 06-07 class, Greater Cleveland Chamber of Commerce.
Often I have been asked, "How can you sell homes?" and my reply is the same every time. I am a facilitator and an educator, I provide all the information to a prospective client, show them only what they have asked to see. I disclose all information; really the properties are the selling force, the clients make the decision based on the properties.
Additionally, the ability to work out of an office, interacting with different people every day is truly great. I love what I do and love the people I meet.
I have built strong relationships that have gone on well past the sale of a property and that is what I believe it means to be successful. Giving to the community more than I take, building clients and friends.
